Going Against The Flow...

 
'Go with the flow' is one of the most popular expressions in the English language. We use it when we are talking about going along with whatever happens.

'Going against the flow' is a less popular expression. It is not something that any of us likes doing. When almost everybody is going one way, who enjoys struggling through the crowd to go in the opposite direction? It's a lot easier to turn round and 'go with the flow'.

Freeschool Court Evangelical Church in Bridgend is made up of people going against the flow in this way. This website will tell you more about who we are and what we have experienced. It will also tell you about what we believe and do. We are aware that the tide is flowing against us. We can well remember when we were carried away with it ourselves, and how we liked it that way. But something has happened - something supernatural, something divine. Another tide is now sweeping us into the harbour.
